Cusco coffee from Peru
Cultivation of this crop began in what was known in the past as the Inca Empire in Peru from its former historical capital Cusco or the Holy City of the Sun as it was called at that time.
Coffee plantations lie beneath a snowy valley called Choxafra where farmers trace their ancestors to work there collectively in perfect harmony with nature and the land.
The coffee fruits grow under the shade and take great care of the health of the soil and the irrigation system so that the coffee fruit thrives perfectly.
The coffee quality is high and well known, one of its growers won the Cup of Excellence last year.
This crop comes from multiple strains brought from the regions of Peru with intensive agricultural production, San Fernando, Pacayamba and Abaya, with a wonderful suggestive mixture.
