Exchange and Return Policy

If the products are damaged/broken/defective:

- The customer is contacted with customer service within 24 hours of receiving the request, and a picture of the damaged/broken product is attached.

The customer has the choice between returning the value of the product or replacing it with another product of the same value, or returning the amount in case the product is not available.

- We also note that some of our products are handmade, so it is normal for the shape of the product to differ from the picture shown because the product differs from one type to another, so these products are excluded from the list of replacement or return except in the case of breakage.


In case of lack of demand:

The incomplete order is sent by the store after confirming the deficiency by the customer.


In case of increased demand:

The customer contacts the customer service of the store and a return policy is sent to the customer to hand it over to the shipping company specified by the store, and the store bears the full cost of the return.


In the case of replacing one product with another:

The customer contacts customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the store sends the replaced product on the customer’s invoice, provided that the store sends a return policy to the customer to ship the other product, and the customer bears the value of the freight and the return.
