As with all of our shortbread recipes, it's made the traditional way with mounds of butter and baked to this crunchy texture. Here, we added pistachios for a deliciously nutty, semi-salty flavor and then topped it off with a sprinkle of Demerara sugar for a sweet and crunchy finish.
