Cape coffee from Rwanda
In 2003, an idea came up among the farmers of Mahoro Brunda to create a cooperative of coffee growers. They initially launched their work in a small group of 28 members. The main idea was to expand coffee cultivation and increase revenue. To achieve this, they applied for private land by the local authorities and the land was approved for them.
After years of work and effort in developing methods of cultivation, processing and marketing, they were able to plant more than 2,600 thousand coffee trees.
This crop comes to you from the Cabinero region in Rwanda from an altitude of up to 1950 meters above sea level, descended from the Bourbon strain with fruity notes that are suitable for espresso and filter drinks
