San Adolfo Colombian coffee from Soil Roastery
This crop comes to you from an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level in the south of Huila
Palestina, specifically in Colombia, is descended from the Catura and Castillo dynasties.
The farmer Rodrigo Sanchez, who inherited the tradition of coffee cultivation from his grandfather, produced this crop by hand picking the coffee cherries and then delivering them to the San Adolfo processing plant, which was designed to receive and process large quantities of coffee.
The coffee cherries are placed there in a desiccant parabola covered with a cloth to maintain the temperature.
Suitable for espresso drinks and filter preparation methods.
