The starting point was a classic gingerbread cookie recipe to which we added chopped ginger for a little extra ginger and then added chocolate - not just any chocolate, but super smooth dark chocolate. And we kept adding chocolate. After all, it is not called a very thick chocolate biscuit for nothing. Available here in one of our clip on lid boxes.
