Goma coffee from the Republic of the Congo from Soil Roastery
From the Democratic Republic of the Congo, at an altitude of 1,800 meters above sea level, and from a land of fertile red soil, this crop comes from the forgotten region of Ituri as it is referred to. For years, Ituri farmers have been trying to retell the tale of the coffee beans (Grains d'or) there and bring it to the fore in the specialty coffee world where it belongs.
